What do you all think of the new forum? In this forum, you can post all subjects relating to this wonderful fish. This includes, but is not exclusive to the common Betta Splendens and all variations (i.e. Plakat, Veiltail, HM, Crowntail, SD.) We are not sure as of yet if we will have the disease issues in here or still in the hospital. All care and breeding issues should be posted in here. That includes the water quality and conditioning. Also, tank sizes, and pictures of your bettas can be posted here. Basically, if you have a question about bettas, that relates to care or just something relating to bettas, post it here!

I really love the idea of this advanced betta care forum. I think it'll allow us to delve into the more intricate parts of betta care. While keeping a betta is considered "easy", there are a lot of little details worth mentioning and discussing. I'm very glad that this forum was created!

There is a fine line between sick Bettas being admitted here or the Hospital Forum.

I was hoping all Betta issues would be addressed here and omitted from the Hospital Forum, a sort of total concentration on the species, allowing those who have had success in treating to share their successes.

Some Betta issues in Hospital are not properly addressed.
