I love my halfmoons. Crowntails are nice too, as long as they are good quality and don't just look like shredded fins. I have 2 CTs and 4 HMs currently, but one of the HMs is a double tail.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

Personally I love my DT - he's finally growing his fins (got him as a little guy) And he looks absolutely stunning! I am definitly keeping my eyes open for a few more in the near future. (But deltas and veils look really nice as well Can't leave out my other two babies )

I guess HMs would be my favorite if I were forced to choose. The only ones I do not like are veils. I have CTs and Plakats as well though.

I would have to say that it depends on the ACTUAL fish itself! Sometimes I like moons, others I like crowns. Out of my bettas, my favorite is my Male crown tail, who is currently regrowing his tail for some reason getting fin rot

I'm with racso on this one. I like certain colorings on my bettas, so the tail doesn't matter very much to me. They don't always have to be expensive pedigrees to be pretty. My pet shop bettas have all been very active and all have very unique personalities.
