add make betta to community tank with females... | |
Beefshank Enthusiast Posts: 246 Kudos: 141 Votes: 36 Registered: 30-Jun-2004 | I know there are lots of post asking about tank mates for male bettas. Well I have a specific fish in mind, female bettas. My 46gal communtity tank already holds 5 female bettas, and I am thinking of trying to add a male. Is there any problems or benefits I can expect from this? I've often given the advice, "it depends on the betta" but thought there might be specific issues for this. Like the make will chase to females to death, or the females will become friendlier. Anything like that. thanks, -Dennis |
