Hey
Could anyone give me some info on these guys? I'm looking for possibly a list of foods they might like, what sort of tank size and setup they need, and any other information, including that of breeding, you might be able to give me of your personal experience with these fish would be great.

I am keeping 4 Badia badis in a 15 with a few other small, peaceful fish and a fair number of plants. Favourite foods include frozen daphnia, earthwom flakes, frozen mysis shrimp, SeraGran dry food.

I am looking into getting some scarlet Badis from a local importer, apparently, from what i have heard your main issue is finding food that fits in their mouth

Anyone got piccies? or links to profiles anywhere?

I have serious trouble getting it over here

I found this. Wrong species, Badis Bengalensis, but it might help.

Ohh, heres another bit of info:
In the past few years, several new species of Badis have been
discovered. This has lead to the group being divided into 2 groups:
Badis and the dwarf badis. The dwarf badis has been given the Genus
name: Dario. The scarlet badis therefore is now correctly known
as: "Dario dario". The names: Badis sp. 'scarlet', Badis b.
bengalensis are both incorrect.

Not sure, but I will also have B. siamensis and B. bengalensis as soon as I can lay my hands on some.
