hi i was wonder if anyone had any ideas on how to buy or make a betta gutter system. or ratter where the the bettas are housed in tanks and thier is water being taken out and placed back in at the same time.

Many breeders have a drip system. Check the IBC website. I believe that u can download the specs. there.
