i am going out of town for a week and i was wondering this time can i leave without putting in n.e weekend food blocks. last year i did it and found that alot of my bettas didn't like it am some died. i have about 75 bettas at home and i was wondering if they can live a week without a food block.

If they're all healthy they shouldn't have any problems lasting a week without food.

Wow, 75bettas thats a lot. I would feed them mabe extra before you go. They should be fine for a week or more with out food. Good luck.

75! I think that's the FP record.

I wouldn't feed them too much extra, because you don't want ammonia levels to build up.

But they should be okay, if healthy, as stated.

do water changes 24 hours after their last feeding to prevent ammonia buildup.
