bubble nest building | |

None of them were purchased with the intent to breed, and by looks I always assumed they were same sex. Tonight though I actually heard the croaker, which was very cool, and two of them were displaying. The honeys have been staying close together, and I noticed a very large bubble nest in the back corner of the tank. Will any of these fish build a bubble nest without a female present? edit: also, any ideas how to sex any of these three species?
