To see a purple male, since Mr. Chiawcharn Chaisaeng's site isn't working anymore(or I can't get it to work), you can go to the following url and scroll down to 'Purple.' http://bettas.fishjunkies.com/colors.php |

I rescued a betta from a friend of mine and didn't really have a place to put him, so he had to go into a tank with an angel. My angel didn't like his presence one bit, and was always chasing and nipping. My betta stayed in a log, and wouldn't come out. He didnt stay there long, but it wasn't a nice interaction. On the flipside- my angel had always been in a tank by herself, so that probably had a bit to do with her temperment. I think angels love to nip flowy fins and skirts anyway. Are your angels housed with anything else, and how big are they? |
