Sorry about that mistake. The temp of the water during the day is 63"F ( which i have read is ok ) and the room temp is 65"F
At night the tank water is 67"F and outside is about 69"F.
Is this ok ?

To answer your first question pretty plain and simply... no. Your betta will be fine with that kind of temperature swing. I'm not so sure about your second question because you didnt even tell us what the temperature was... the general consensus seems to say that optimal temp. for a betta is about 79 degrees F.
