	eating ur kids is a bad thing!

littlemousling Conchiform Posts: 5230 Registered: 23-Aug-2003	Are you sure they were eating them? Bubblenesters tend to pick up the eggs in their mouths and then spit them back into the nest. The constantly falling eggs are quite the irritation, I suspect, but most fish are pretty good about not eating them. Even if they were, they're just beginners - a few spawns in and they'll figure out that eating the eggs isn't helping. -Molly Visit shelldwellers.com!

If you try and net the bubs you will stress the adults. Like LM says, it sometimes takes a pair a little bit to figure it all out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~ My fish blow kisses at me all day long ~~~
