Hi there,

I just got my first betta (a female) over the weekend for my 23g planted community tank and so far I her! She spent the first day hiding among the plants, but now she's almost always out in front and exploring things. So much personality! I'm just wondering, do you think she's better off alone, or should/can I get another female betta to keep her company? Current tankmates are a pair of Bolivian Rams, 7 Cardinals, 7 Corys, 2 Otos, & an SAE.

Thanks!

i think that tank is full due to the SAE, but no i would get another, most* that i have had aren't to social, so really adding another one, isn't always a good thing, but it will depend on ur fish, but i wouldn't spoil a good thing.

Thanks. I guess I'll leave her be for now.
The SAE is still small, but he'll be moved to my big tank once he's bigger.
