Males usually have reddish-orange pelvic fins (the long 'feelers'), and females have yellow ones. I'm not sure whether this applies to juvenile fish though, so you might have to wait to sex your fish.

I was under the impression that the actual feelers are not colored, but the front part of the anal fin has color. My male gourami has a bit of orange coloring on the anal fin. As sirbooks said, the red-orange color indicates a male, and females usually are yellow or colorless. How large are your fish right now?
