I have several females bettas too - including two Crowntails - and find them to a be a VERY lovely addition to my tank! I know that the general belief is that Male Bettas are highly prized, but females fall short.... but frankly, I find the females equal to the males.... All the different colors and personalities! Just out of curiousity, what type of tank(s) set up(s) do you have for your new additions? To thine own self be true... |

littlemousling Conchiform Posts: 5230 Registered: 23-Aug-2003 | The routine, okay, but what's the chance? If the bettas are in separate bowls and you catch them by hand, there's no risk of anything spreading ... where keeping a group of females in one tank could lead to stress and nipping that could create disease. Is there something about your system I'm missing or ...? -Molly Visit shelldwellers.com! |
