well, i had my betta pretty boy in a 1 gallon triangle with a light, but i had too many htings pluged in in that area, so he went without most of the time, he got fed every other day, and sadly sometimes because he was apart from all the other fish he would miss out on water changes and for my friends b-day i wanted to get her a betta, and the betta needed a home, so, pretty boy got evicted and i saw after i added him to the floating 1 gallon container that he had been fighting fin rot:#( so i added some mardel brand fungus meds, and i left to go to her party...i got back and i went to see how he weathered, and i already see new growth and his first bubble nest!!!!! in the months of owning him and never seening more than a 25 strong bubble nest this is exciting!@ and, he already picked out his girl! u see, chocolate boy(a choco orange male, aka, her mate) got killed the other day, im not sure what happned, but it seemed part of her died too and now that i added a new boy to the 29 (mr.kisses, a pineapple male) it seemed all she wanted to do was eat him i added prettyboy, and she hangs out hear his container, he is flaring again, built a large and wonderfull quality bubble nest! and im htinking of letting he in with him, the pint of keeping him isolated was to keep his fins in tip top shape..that dident work so, im gunna do what he wants also mr.kisses seemes to be building his first nest as well..a whole day of firtss, and i also got a a new chocolat male his body is a muddy brwon, with horn fins, nad black edging, not sure if its fin rot, but im treating him anyway
