as some of u have seen ive asked questions about my two gouramis
well heres one more

They were fighting then one day my Powder Blue snapped and shot all over the tank i thought he was dead as he laid at the bottom of the tank but his gils were still moving. Then i come back from work one day and i see my PowBlue in a glass swimming around beside the tank. my gf thought he was dead after he did it again while she was watching and took him out but left him for me. Both times he came right back to life.

Heres the wierd thing the PowBlue ignours my Darwf when he attacks him pretends nothing is happening. I can even put my hand in and touch him. I was petting my fish!!

is my gouramis ok or did he just deside that life is to short to take it so seriously

I would keep an eye on them & if you see anything odd, just remove one of them.

I agree one of my gourami's did something pretty similar I think and I just took him out of the tank and watched him very carefully until he returned to normal... it took a lil while but it happened for my dwarf gourami and he is still alive today... give ur fish a little extra attention n see how he goes... one thing that I do want to know is if he is still eating regularly or if he is just trying to isolate himself from the other fish

I didnt think you were supposed to keep 2 different kinds of gouramis in the same tank?...Anyway yeah just watch him, I used to have 2 dwarf gouramis that would do that and then I moved the one that went crazy and gave him to a friend. Now he is really happy and acting normal again

I thought they may be different but now that you mention it I think they are the same. However 2 males also cannot be in the same tank usually as they will fight.
