Babies!!! We're Excited, but What the Heck?!?!?!? | |
houston Fish Guru You want what when? Posts: 2623 Kudos: 2462 Votes: 337 Registered: 29-Mar-2003 | We have babies!!! The problem is today is the last day of school for a week. I was prepared to leave the adults at school, but now I have one delivering her fry as we speak/type. So what the heck do I do now? The school will be locked up, so I won't be able to come in and feed them. The temperature is constant (thankfully something is positive) So, I know how to deal with guppy fry in normal conditions, but for me this is not normal...Help!!! Transfer the children and a small bit of decoration (i.e. plant piece). Take the water from the tank and take it home after the temperature is stabilized. If you do not have a heater, fill your glass jar and rush home ASAP. That is if your home temp. is stable. |

EDIT: This is truly awesomeI have not gotten the chance to watch the miracle of life happening in the fish communityIn all my time of doing fish I have never witnessed the a fish actually giving birththe kids are also learning about life as it happens...heidi Last edited by hml at 04-Mar-2005 15:03 "I've got a great ambition to die of exhaustion rather than boredom."
