![]() | Confused guppy! |
agent_alice![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hobbyist Posts: 114 Kudos: 115 Votes: 0 Registered: 11-Jul-2004 ![]() ![]() | Hi, i have a male guppy (and a female too), when he chases her around he moves his gonopodium to the side (as if the fertilize her), and i think that she's already pregnant. I have some other fish plus 2 female platies (and a male). For some reason my male guppy likes on of the platies, he does the same thing with his gonopodium as he does to the guppy, however i heard that guppies and platys don't cross. So is he just confused? |

She added in another black male molly and now EVERYone seems to think he's a female. I swear, he LOOKS like a male (anal fin certainly LOOKS like a gonopodium), but everyone is convinced otherwise. The poor thing get chased all over and the other males are poking their noses at his tummy. ![]() ~Meow. Thus spoke the cat.~ |
