The female has already had a few babies (probably more, but I only see two.) I don't want to setup tank after tank for his guppies to breed. If I let nature take it's course will the tank eventually get full of new guppies or will they all be eaten. There are large groups of javamoss on the bottom for the babies to hid and feed. Thanks! haRg0wbOi![]() Hobbyist Posts: 86 Kudos: 84 Votes: 8 Registered: 28-May-2004 ![]() ![]() | overtime the tank will be pretty much full, my friend started out with 4 guppies, 2 males and 2 females, couple of months later he had like 14+ grown guppies and a lot of 20+ frys. the tank didnt have much hiding places either, maybe just couple of sea shells at the bottom. even if they multiply, you can always feed them to other fishes or sell/trade them. when i meant full i didnt mean jammed pack. im starting a 5 gallon tank of my own, guppy tank. |
