frappe Fingerling Posts: 25 Kudos: 16 Votes: 0 Registered: 15-Jul-2004 | Hello all I have a 26g tank , running for a year now with 5 rummy nose tetra 3 khuli and 4 albino cory. 4 days ago i added 3 male and 6 female guppys , everything was ok till today. I woke up the morning to see all the 3 male guppys with their tails torn. I can't understand what gone wrong in my tank, did i overstoked it?I dont believe that the rummys did this to the guppys they are really peacefull.Any suggestions please? thanks in advance |

The tails on your new guppys were probably just to tempting not to nip at. Male guppys aren't extremly fast fish and easy targets. |

Thanks both for your replys |

You can also buy more Rummy's & Albino Corydoras to make them bigger schools. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
