Posts: 2623 Kudos: 2462 Votes: 337 Registered: 29-Mar-2003   | They should be ok for that long, I suppose...I'd give them a few algae tablets before you left, and some peas and carrots (i buy the frozen ones and defrost a few at a time) before you leave...then when you get home be sure to feed them...and I hate to be ugly but, if they don't all make it, you will more than likely have another batch within the month  . One thing I've learned is that they just keep producing, and producing, and producing...:%) Best of luck, and I hope that they make it...If you are concerned and have a neighbor/friend who can come over and feed them, then that is always a back up also...
