Male Guppy Fry Verses Female Fry | |
keeper Small Fry Posts: 11 Kudos: 4 Votes: 0 Registered: 07-Feb-2007 | Hi! We have about 100 guppy fry of varying ages. We have only identified 1 male out of all of them! Has anyone ever heard if this is a normal happening? Is it normal to have more females born than males??? It seems very strange to us! Thanks! |

I mean if you have like 20 breeding nets or something and then 5 fry in each yeah you'd be able to tell then. If it's in a smalledr tank I wouldn't be surprised if they're just bypassing you and you're unable to identify them. 10G- 6 Zebra Danios, 1 Upside Down Catfish 20G- 1 Goldfish 72G(maybe95)- Need Stock suggestions |

Very strange. Thanks for your answer! |
