OK, so I am thinking of planting my 20 gallon (24"L x 12"W), then moving my 3 swordtails out of the 55 gallon to it.
I do want them to breed, and I'll take the fry I find out.

What bottom dwellers could I add to the tank that wouldn't be too bad w/ eating the babies?
Should I be concerned with Swords and Platys breeding? Or is that OK?
And depending on the bottom dwellers, how many more Swords (maybe Platys) could I add and be OK?

Christina

(most) bottom fish like catfish aren't built for chaseing little fish and eatting them. i have a high fin loach in my guppie tank and he doesn't go after them. a good bottom fish might be otocinclus affinis or any cory cats.
