I would not put your molly in a breeder net. I have had nothing but bad experiences with breeder nets, usually resulting in either abortion of the fry by the mother, or in the loss of the mother herself, after refusing to deliver. You would be better to allow her to deliver in the main tank, and just save what fry you can find. Provide a floating bushy plant and fry will congrate in it making them easy to net.
