given what tank size?

but mollies are in my opinion the best at eatting algae, but not in a 20 gallon or less. a 30 up would be better for a group. but again singley def not for a 10 gallon.

For a live bearer I would also go with mollies. However, if algae control is your main goal, go with Florida Flagfish.
