stealth114 Hobbyist Posts: 63 Kudos: 24 Votes: 1 Registered: 17-Jan-2008 | O everyone.. I just got my tanks set up.. One is a 20 gallon guppy farm. You guys need to check out these amazing guppies.. In the light, they look really iridescent. I got 4 rainbow colour guppies, 3 jaguar striped, 3 black/purple guppies and also 3 more iridescent blue types.. Got a really big fern in the middle and it looks so natural and really homely for the critters.. Hope to take some pics and share.. N. Hobbyists |

You must have a great fish store to find such special guppies. I'm sure it will be hard to get pics to capture their beauty..... but you can try & see how they come out. |

There are 2 females in the crowd and I suspect one is pregnant... 90% of the guppies sold are males with a few females in between... Some dealers only sell their males at times... The local Trinidad guppies as they are called are generally pale with no colouration and sell very cheaply.. But then there is another '7 colour' which is my favorite. It naturally has double ged tail fin and really nice... I got them very reasonably priced too.. Hobbyists |
