seventh_son_of_ed Hobbyist Posts: 87 Kudos: 77 Votes: 9 Registered: 09-Aug-2004 | Hi there. I Have 1 Molly Velifera Fry and 5 Red Waig Platty Fry in a Breeding Trap and I want to let them go into the other Fish Company.. The Problem is that I don't Know the Size they shoud have to let them go. I had several births in my aquarium but only one Molly still remains I still can't find the correct Size to let them into the wild. Please bare in mind that I have a Black Moor Goldfish that has +- 17cm. and a Male Betta (who is usually calm but you never know). The Aquarium is pretty well planted and has a power filter whitch causes a decent current in the water. When shoud I Let Them Go. I'm afraid to lose them cause the molly is the 'sole' Survivor from a 86 Batch. Face up make your stand and realize your living in the golden Years |

Chelle *Chelle* I love the fishes cuz they're SOOO delicious... |

Perhaps you could make/buy a tank divider and section off one small end of the tank so they have more space! Come Play Yahtzee With Me! http://games.atari.com Http://www.myleague.com/yahtgames |

I know that they do start getting to a good size at about three months or four months. i have some 5 month old fry that are about as long as a 20 oz pop bottle cap. sooooo might be a while for the little ones til they're big enough to be safe. Good luck, Chelle *Chelle* I love the fishes cuz they're SOOO delicious... |

He Strategicly Sticks on the top of my powerfilter and never leaves the place unless for eating or when I get to close to the glass. Every fish has respect for it even the 15cm fish is afraid to go near him Funny as it is the Betta is quite peacefull but the other fish really tend to respect its all about respect OH and there is another thing I only have one Adolescent Molly coz I had to return The Mother Molly Coz She Was A little Bit Complicated she tended to stress Out All other fish by bitting them to death. Of couse as soon as I saw my 2 ballon Molly Killed I siply whent to the store to trade it for a beautifull German Blue Ram Last edited by seventh_son_of_ed at 15-Sep-2005 05:21 Face up make your stand and realize your living in the golden Years |
