Let's limit this to male fancy guppies (i.e., green cobras, moscow, sunrise, and basically anything with a fancy long tail that wasn't purchased from a feeder fish tank ![]() Let's keep the smaller endlers/endler's mix out of this poll too. What is the longest any male, fancy guppy you have had lived? Tell us about the fish - type/desc I have a green cobra male named "Cobra" that is 2 years old. I didn't expect Cobra to live this long ba ![]() Cory_Di attached this image: ![]() Last edited by Cory_Di at 06-Nov-2004 20:45 |

Sorry for the confusion ![]() I had to laugh at your comment about Cobra eating. Other fish go about their 'fish business' but males guppies seem to be driven to two things: females and food ![]() ~~ ![]() ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

They practice their courtship poses at each other all day long. Here's an interesting list of those documented guppy courtship rituals (select "Guppy Lab" from the list): Guppy Courtship Last edited by Cory_Di at 08-Nov-2004 12:17 |
