coldwater platys | |
Ferox Enthusiast Posts: 219 Kudos: 187 Votes: 28 Registered: 19-Dec-2003 | Is there such a thing? My Lfs had been selling them for a while, though they aren't as colourful as the 'tropical platys'. I thought maybe they might be a wild type, and was thinking of breeding them in a pond to mosquitos using it. If they are coldwater, would they survive a melbourne winter? The pond is nearly a metre deep, and it never snows. <Vet in Training> Blog under development: http://www.nearlydrferox.blogging4life.com/ |

How cold does it get in Melbourne? |

I don't think i could get an outdoor heater, so these 'coldwater platys' probably wouldn't have much fun, right? <Vet in Training> Blog under development: http://www.nearlydrferox.blogging4life.com/ |
