3 days ago I got 2 new guppies from a pet store by my house and i guess one was pregnent because i came home yesturday and there were only 2 baby guppies and this morning i couldn't find any. I have identified which one is the female and have also learned a lot since. I would still like some advice so this does not happen again.

ok, first welcome to fp!!!
and i think u should get 1 or 2 more females for the male, next keep a bucket or tank all set up just incase u see more, when u see them net the little ones out, or if u are positive the female it going to birth in a few days take her out and put her in a heavly planted 10 gallon, u feed the fry by crushing up the flake into a powder then feed lightly 4 times a day, when they are like 4 weeks old u can give them a little bigger flake depending on how much they grew, and then u can give them frozen brine shrimp, they love it
