Guppies you will not see at that size in lfs and they get to about 5-7cm. Endlers have much mroe mixed colours as guppies can come in very plain colours like me |

(as i'm writing this post, i just got my 2nd delivery of endlers. yayyyyyyy!) the odds are, you didn't get endlers at your lfs. more than likely, you got wild guppies, which are just as nice. either way, you got nice little fun guys to watch and enjoy! |

Like this guy: And the real difference between wild-type/common guppies and Endler's? Two bucks and a label. If they weren't bought as Endler's, they aren't Endler's. Wild-type guppies are wonderful fish on their own terms; hoping for an Endler in the mix just means endangering the already pathetic Endler gene pool. Sorry, but unless you're absolutely certain it's an Endler's - assume it's a wild-type guppy. There are probably a hundred million of the latter to every one of the former.[/font] -Molly Visit shelldwellers.com! |
