	is this rare...?

I am talking about a 3 inches guppies and lots of them, however the males are not quite big they are about the size of a regular male gupps. Well... i find this at the local breeder in my place that has a fish farm, unfurtunately for now he will not sell them until they breed more. ronn Last edited by ronnfive at 14-Oct-2005 00:01

I have had several older female guppies grow to very large proportions. Currently I do have a female about 3, maybe 3.25 inches, shes about 2 years old and has had many a huge and successful brood of young. The more babies a guppy has, the larger she becomes. bettachris Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3875 Kudos: 4173 Votes: 452 Registered: 13-Jun-2004	anyway, female swords i have seen around 5-6 inches so i thought thats the size of guppy u were talking about, but anyway, i dont think it is odd, to see them, as long as the blood line is clean, and the females growth wasan't stunted by breeding when she is too young.
