Its prolly the same as any livebearer 2 females to 1 male or even better, 3 females to 1 male.

I would not recommend the 1 male to 3 females because the females tend to fight a lot with that ratio. The females I have were more aggressive then the males. The ratio was 2:6 and the females were aggressive and the males stood back.

I have 1 male and 1 female. It has been 2 months since I bought them but they are not breeding. I donno what the problem is. I have a 30 g with moderately hard water and the tank is not overstocked.
Should I get one more female?

For breeding live bearers for sale, 1:3 is recommended. For keeping them 1:2 is fine. 1:1 will not work in most situations because the female will become stressed. I would never consider keeping them less than 1:3 personally.
