Ok I went to the lfs ONLY to look at the guppies, smush some snails and get some Melafix, as I am now out. Well, I find it a waste of my time, energy and money to buy the little 4 oz bottles, and wanted one of the 16 oz, but alas they were out of 16 oz, and wouldn't be getting anymore till Tuesday Well, I was having some fun smushing snails in the plant tank while Leslie was getting her water tested and I guess I should say before she drug me away from the plant tank She just did not appreciate it Anyways, Pug and little one went to look at birds and well...there are 4 new members to the 29 tank...here's 3 1/2 blacks (2 females very gravid, and the male I mentioned yesterday) and one that Pug said the coloring is that of a mustard gas (greenish yellow edging, and purple) Unfortunately only the 1 1/2 black male would hold still...the mustard gas was already trying to **make friends** with my largest female , and the 2 females were running from the other males in the tank :%)

Congrats on the new fishies! I have an awful time going to the fish store and not getting any new additions to my tanks so I definitley know how it feels to come home with some new unplanned friends

For some reason I'm having a terrible time finding male guppies locally.

I'm having a hard time finding any females that I really like, I just figure I'll have to grow the females myself from the stock that I have...If you have females then you will eventually have males, it's just gonna take time... Heidi
