mattyboombatty Moderator Tenellus Obsessor Posts: 2790 Kudos: 1507 Votes: 1301 Registered: 26-Mar-2004 | Aragonite substrate, 30+ Lbs of live rock, a couple powerheads, some salt mix, and a submersible heater would be a good start for a FOWLR. Just remember the stocking levels are a lot lower for salt water, and a 29 won't house more than 3 or so small fish. Although you have to have patience with freshwater, you need tons more with saltwater. I have, and started, with a 29 gallon but it definitely takes a lot of studying and patience.
