You will need a second pump to move your water from the "holding" tank, to your aquarium. Does not have to be a large one.

Supplements while you use tap water; calcium, kalkwasser, and iodine.

When you start getting your corals you will need some phytoplankton, like DTs, or Kents.

Sand; Aragonite or southdown playsand, known by a new name, I think you have that link Liana.

For lighting; depending on how close you are putting your lights to the water (as close as possible for better lighting in the water), you will need a fan to keep the air between the lights and the water cool, so as not to over heat the water with the lights.

Test kits; I like the Pentair test kits, they are even being used at 3 of my lfs now!

Protein skimmers; I like the venturi types myself.

Fish;
For the price, try the filament wrasse, and you can even keep more than one of these together without problems.

Yellow tang, you might be pushing it a bit in your tank, may be a bit small for him, but if you do, be sure you wait till your tank is running very well, and has algae for him to graze on.

Just remember, you will be excited when you get up and running, but don't get to quick about things, Patience, Patience and more patience. That is the key to keeping a good SW setup going.
