Hi, someone will post a link to articles about what you are asking but sumed up

you buy live rock mix salt in buckets and add the water power heads wait for temp to get up to 78-80 then add live rock use somthing to cycle it, fish, or a died shrimp to start the cycle wait intil all ammonia and nitrites are zero change water then add 1 fish per mo.

you need power heads
heater
live rock
sand is up to you, you can use a dsb or just 1 inche of sand up to you!
filters are okay but that is what your live rock is for but could be use for water movment

i think you should do more reading!!!

The basslets off the top of my head would fight if i rember right! but the 2 clowns would be okay

Saltwater is 1 inch of fish per 5 gal so you could only have a total of 6inches.

Water changes if there is stuff all over the sand then yes suck it out but you dont want to clean it like you clean rocks in freshwater as there is life in your sand!

Hope i have gave you some pointers but really find more reading so you know what your doing!!!
