One thing I have read is that this NSW dies biologically and chemically more quickly than synthetic seawater. Also, I've read that you must change "natural seawater" more frequently. If this is true, can I use synthetic saltwater from tap? |

You'll want to mix it and heat it for at least 24 hours though. Freshly mixed salt creates ammonia, and can cause chemical burns if not completely dissolved. |
