I am considering local rockpool snails (no idea on species as of yet) how small could i go with a shrimp? This is all theoretical at present, i'm not going to try anything until i get more info |

For what you want, you could go with a 10 gallon. It would require daily attention, but it can be done. You could add shrimp, hermit crabs, snails........ Posts: 9662 Kudos: 5261 Registered: 16-Sep-2001 | fantastic My own in-house rockpool I have to ask, in our CW rockpools down south, there are lichen-like seastars, they feel rough and look like, well, lichen. i have never seen one in the wild over 5cm in diameter. Would these possibly be suitable? you know, i'd love to try soldier crabs, but i assume you need a beach for that they make the most fantastic 'chatter' at night. |
