I know Dthurs is going to suggest Reef Bones, so I may as well say that too. Its the same type of rock as live rock, but it has no benefits to it. Thats probably your best option. You can buy a box of that for like $50 or whatever. Then buy a couple pounds of LR. Eventually the good stuff will start to spread throughout the tank, although it will take time.
