How on earth she thought she would get away with it, I don't know. Surely she wasn't that stupid!!! Some people are stupid though... I won't mention names, but mainly people in politics. Though it is probably harder to prosicute because a jury would be much more sympothetic to a dog or cat incedent than a fish. (BTW: Im not from california so if I got anything wrong plz correct me.) The amount of money the tanks inhabitants are worth will be taken into acount. I don't know didly squat about salt water other than it is expensive. 300 gallon tank whoooo.

Killing animals is not a good thing to do, as it is like killing your little sister. I think the laws in England should be the same for all animals, not just the big ones like horses, cats, dogs etc. Fish are just as important to some people as corgis are important to the Queen!!!
