Pls forgive my 'plantgeekyness'.
Getting some E latifolius on Saturday. Can't wait !!
At least 2 plants, maybe 5 !

Broad-leaved Dwarf Amazon Sword
(also called half-high dwarf amazon)
Echinodorus latifolius

Couple links:

This brings me up to 6 types of Echinodorus !!!

Common Amazon Swords (amazonicus & bleheri) 6
E.Ozelot red) 1
Echinodorus ‘Red Special&#8217 1
Pygmy Chain Sword (Echinodorus Tenellus) 2 only
*Broad-leaved Dwarf Amazon Sword - Echinodorus latifolius*

Most of the commons will be phased out later as they begin to outgrow the tank so the new 'smaller' swords will be a welcome addition..

Can anyone keeping the E latifolius tell me if they propagate more by runner or rhizome ?
Thanks

ps - anyone else Echinodorus addicted ?
