I have recently discovered that the inner leaves are dieing and the outer leaves are still green. I think the swords are dieing I only have about 1.5watts/gal i think but everything else is growing well, including my Amazon Melon. My Amazon Swords hasnt grown and is sort of dieing. Need help asap.

IME amazon swords drop their leaves on a regular basis and they should just to trimmed out but its usually the other way around the outter leaves are replaced by the new inner leaves. If you are really worried I would pull it up and check the roots and trim out any brown dead ones as they can lead to new roots rotting as well. I have grown plenty of Amazons Swords in lower WPG I have some in my 20H with only one 15w bulb and it grows slower than normal but it grows none the less.

The outer leaves could be shading the inner ones from the light therefor not being able to do photosynthesis!
