Well ive decided not to get more powerful lighting as i cant afford it....yet. (Thanks for help Babel)

Are 'warm white' bulbs ok for growing plants or would i need to get another 'Daylight' bulb?

Daylights the best
Warm white is generally in the 4000K range...daylight is 5000 -65000k, and plants prefer 65 and above.
