A while back i was read about how anacharas and some other plants use this process to get their carbon supply. My anacharis gets this white crust on it's leaves. It brushes right off though. When i had my RTBS, he use to eat it. I dont think this is a disease since the plant grows dark green and thick(grows a little over 5 in. a week). Is this from the Bio-decalcification process? By the way, Ph-7.1, gh- 8, nitrate-10ppm,Phosphate-10ppm(surprisingly no nuisance algae though), temp-78, wattage-1.25, substrate- eco complete for the planted aquarium.
