I was just wondering if i could grow a amazon sorwd on a rock if so how do you do that?

i doubt it would grow at all. amazons have really large root systems, they're not really a "floating" type of plant.

amazons are rooted plants which means they need a substrate that the roots can pull nutrients from. so i don't think it will work in this case.

No they can't, they develo really large root systems and they get all their nutrients form the substrate.

You can pot one and place the pot begind a rock or a piece of wood, so it may appear as attached to them, but that's the only way/
