Does this recipe sound good: 1/4 teaspoon yeast (oxygenated before putting in bottle) 2 cups sugar 2 1/2 cups warm water 1 tablespoon flour 1 pinch baking soda ?? |

Otherwise my mix is the same as moondogs. I've never bothered with the baking soda although I suppose I should try it one of these days ![]() ^_^ [hr width='40%'] I need to calculate, what creates my own madness... and I am waiting for disaster" ![]() |

But I also heard that flour is to complex for yeast to be able to break down and use, but I figured I might as well try.... FYI lol |

If you want more complex sugars, take a look at some of the experiments pisces has been doing. She uses stuff like molasses and goodness-knows-what. |

Um, You do know that the baking soda is to reduce the amount of carbonic acid produced when the CO2 dissolves, don't you? I've been thinking of trying it, but I really can't see the point, my tank runs at 7.4 all the time, so um, yeh. |
