Never happened to me (as I just use CO2) but heard more than one story of overdoses on this site....not something I want to risk.

No, that would have been a good overdoes. In the cases I'm thinking of it was fish death.

An overdose of any product would cause problems. Even an overdose of food.
I wouldn't take an overdose as an indication of whether a product was good or not.

Well it looks like I'm going to continue using CO2 to dose carbon in my tank. It's the most reliable way from what I've heard. I just need to make a diffuser for my DIY CO2 more efficient.

I wasn't making a judgement as to if it was good or not, just that I've seen a few experienced members overdose the tank. Something that from my understanding is fairly easily achieved with excel.

Follow the directions on the bottle and you won't overdose. If you're truely worried, do a half dosage.

Directions call for 1ml for every 10G.

I've used it before and never had an issue.
