You just gotta be in the right place at the right time. I went to get some silicone to use on the new guinea pig cage I built(they are living in a horse stall for now) and found the little nearby reptile store was going out of business. Had to run back and get the truck and left with 6 free used tanks. I couldn't fit anymore. So I got three 40g of various dimensions, 10g, 20 H, and 30 L. The 20 high didn't leak but turned out to have too large of crack for me to trust longterm and 1 of the 40s says not for aquarium use. I think the glass is too thin to be filled completely with water. Could make a paludarium... The 10 and 30 look good, the wider 40(breeder?) had rats in it and will need resealed, and the other 40(long?) has 2 tiny pinpoint leaks I tried to patch. I'll leave it for a week and see if it leaks before deciding if it needs a complete reseal to use. I also have a 20L sitting empty in the dining room. Partially cause I haven't gotten around to moving that wall of junk in the basement so I can't start filling it back up with tanks yet. I managed to clear an area for the 29g and get my saltwater stuff moved but the 55 is still at Chris' apartment. I also have four 10g tanks sitting around as well but I may just leave them all as growout tanks for whatever I put in the bigger ones. Stocking ideas are going to be needed soon.

I cleared an area for the 30L and decided I'm going to put the two 65w bulbs on it. The 20L I'm just doing 30w NO with crypts, java fern, and maybe some anubias if I've got extra. The nana has been growing like weeds in the 55g lately. There's 5-6" extra hanging off all the driftwood I pulled out yesterday but for some reason the regular barteri I added about 6months ago has actually lost more leaves than it's gained. I'm still not sure what to do with the 40 or even where to put it. I'm actually running out of space in the basement.
