I have a 6ft tank with 130w of light and all my plants at the top of them have this black hairy algea growing off there leaves and i hate the look of it how do i get rid of this please help

Remove as much as you can gentlly rubing the leaves with your fingers, that is if you don't want to take them out of the tank and do this under running tap water. Stop any form of fertilization and Co2 on the tank for a few weeks.

Apart from everything Falstaf said, the main thing is to be patient.
I'm fighting through a similar situation with hair algae. When I scraped it off the leaves it would just grow back the next day. So I stopped fertilizing completely, it's been three weeks already, still there.
I've got a few fast growing plants in there though so hopefully they'll eat up most of the available nutrients soon and the algae will starve. I don't think it's a good idea to start fertilizing again until your plants start showing signs of nutrient deficiency.
