Stop any form of fertilization and Co2 on the tank for a few weeks. |

I'm fighting through a similar situation with hair algae. When I scraped it off the leaves it would just grow back the next day. So I stopped fertilizing completely, it's been three weeks already, still there. I've got a few fast growing plants in there though so hopefully they'll eat up most of the available nutrients soon and the algae will starve. I don't think it's a good idea to start fertilizing again until your plants start showing signs of nutrient deficiency. Good luck. ![]() |
