I had a problem the first time I ordered from them and they sent more too me. Haven't had a problem since. And now all of those plants are putting out new plants really fast. mts.gif" border="0"> I vote do you? My Tanks at Photobucket |

To be fair: they tried to be nice and sent again, but the quality and size of the plants was very poor and there was another mix up. I am always inclined to be in favor of the seller but what I got was NOT worth the money! Any LFS will provide you with better plants for the same price. To add to eBay: I am a good customer as many people on this site with almost only good experience (I am still rating aquadise as neutral, left positive feedback as they were trying but do not recommend this store). Sadly, I can only warn to purchase from 'seacoral'. I ordered a lighting fixture with immediate payment through paypal, the item was shipped one week later. So far, so good and no complaint. However, 4 weeks later I still have not received the item but have contacted the seller politely inquiring about the whereabouts of the fixture. Yeah well, they will find out. That's the only response. 11 days pass and miraculously the item turns w/o any action on behalf of the shipper - and there was no answer regarding my most recent inquiry. 5 days later (still no answer, meaning that they never did anything) I am leaving positive feedback but alert to problems with customer support - and receive immediately a nasty negative rating. This behavior is typical for this seller as I found out when I searched his feedback - ALWAYS nasty remarks and negative feedback to buyers who dared to report problems. BEWARE: there are plenty of good stores on eBAy, just avoid 'SEACORAL' |

friedrice Hobbyist Posts: 87 Kudos: 72 Votes: 3 Registered: 14-Aug-2004 | Hi, Yea thats the other downside of eBay. The seller can retaliate. Personally I think they should fix that up as people are less inclined to give negative feedback with the thought that the seller might retaliate. This also means the responses/feedback do not reflect the true opinions of the buyer seller relationship. Just like last week, I bought some bike gloves and the seller said he didn't receive the money. After like 2.5 months I did not get my money back.. and I can't give a negative feedback because I agreed to 'mutually' agree to do so... long story short. Not happy. Yea. eBay. I won't be buying anywhere far from where I live though. Sellers can get away if it is a distance thing. |

At least the seller is very honest. Get this.. I had ordered 4 Marimo balls from him back a few months ago. The balls never arrived so I asked for a refund, which he gave me with a nice apology and stated he would still resend another 4 balls. The second set of Marimo balls arrived and were very nice. He sent them registerd mail. Well, exactly 2 months after the first 4 balls were sent I got a package in the mail and low and behold it was the first set of Marimo balls. They had been misdirected and had been all over the world as the package was stamped a zillion times. Well, the 4 balls were alive and are happily growing in my tank. PS.. When I got the balls I did resend him the money as it wasnt his fault and the balls were fine. Those balls will live a very long time outta water I guess. |
